In this Rp you will level up and receive loot if and when the situation arises but the main game play will be story driven. The new game has just launched and everyone will be a new player unless you are selected to be a beta tester due to RP experience, i will contact those RPers and let them know, they will have the advantage of now a little more about the game than other new players (preferably these people will be ones that know a little about the .hack universe)
